Refund policy

At Salah El Deen, we are committed to providing high-quality printing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Policy Duration
  • Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging. For ink cartridges and toners, the factory seals must remain intact and unopened.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
  • Any ink or toner cartridge that has been opened or the protective seal broken (unless a manufacturing defect is proven).
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or installation by the customer.

4. Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Errors
  • If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, Salah El Deen will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement. Please provide photos of the defect when contacting us.

5. Shipping Costs (Change of Mind)
  • If you wish to return or exchange an item for reasons other than a defect (e.g., ordered the wrong model), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
